(Pro Bono) For the Past 10 years Andrew has been a mentor and coach at the "Sister2sister" Youth Support Program. The program is committed to helping 'youth at risk' to build self esteem and to make safer, more productive life choices.

Andrew provides mentoring and communication training to the programs 'Big Sister Mentors' to prepare them for their year long engagement with their 'little sister'. He also provides a range of personal development and confidence programs for the youth that attend the annual induction boot camp.
